The Australian Alpine Reservation Centre Pty Ltd (AARC) is comprised of two closely associated divisions, namely Property Management and Hotham Holidays (reservations).
The Property Management Division has a year round presence and currently manages in excess of 190 properties with responsibilities that include:
• Reception, guest check-in and key pick up services. For properties located in Dinner Plain these services are provided
from the concierge desk located in the DP Central Day Spa.
• Cleanliness and presentation of properties
• Provision of all linen and laundering services
• Sourcing and providing a high quality of consumables
• Provision of guest luggage storage and transit lounge if necessary
• Property maintenance
• Property security
• Development of strategies and programmes to maximize returns for our owners.
• Owner accounting
• Trust accounting
• Owner and guest liaison
• Management of the owners club, ‘The Altitude Club’.
The Altitude Club benefits change from time to time however typically include a discounted offer of DP Spa Membership along with discounts on selected Spa Treatments, selected Snow Sports Products (including Private Ski Lessons, Specialty Events and Full Season Passes) and discounts in our Pinnacle Retail outlets.
Our Reservation division, Hotham Holidays, is a fully licensed travel agency and is the pre-eminent booking agency covering both Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain.
Hotham Holidays is committed to maximizing occupancy levels in our managed properties and has close ties to our marketing department and off mountain travel wholesalers.

• A widely marketed 1800hotham phone number
• Extensive advertising and promotions both independently and in conjunction with other travel wholesalers
• Fully operational telephone call centre staffed all year round
• A summer booking service and year round mountain presence
• Extensive website representation – www.hotham.com.au & www.hothamholidays.com.au
• Complete holiday packaging service – including transport, meals, ski hire, ski school lift tickets, accommodation and airfares.
